Reactivated Domain Delay

Had a client that let their Squarespace hosted domain lapse.  I was able to help them reactivate it within a couple weeks, but the domain is not connecting to their websiste.  I did see a note in the reactivation tutorial that said "“After reactivating, it may take up to 72 hours for your domain to reactivate and direct to your site.” but just wondering if it really usually takes that long, or if there's anything I need to do to make the site active again. Its been about 20 hours since they reactivated.
