Can't get any edits in a form to stick

New fields will always end up at the bottom, you have to rearrange them to be in the order you want.

This is a little bit of a bug, certain edits don't seem to trigger the save option currently, the form being one of them. My workaround is to add a delete a space in a text block, or shift one grid square and shift back a block , those tend to them give you the option to save.

You're right that mucking around with something else on the page does give the ability to save the page. But when I do that, 9 times out of 10, the changes to the form still don't save.
