Add newsletter to Site Footer, then share link to all pages & let me know which position you want newsletter appear, we can give code to move Newsletter Site Footer to this position. Because all pages use same newsletter, so it will go to same subscriber list #2. Use this plugin, it will allow you add a newsletter block to a Not Linked Page, then you can use this to add to any pages what you want, all will use same subscribe list https://www.will-myers.com/products/p/section-loader-supreme I did a quick guide with this, you can check (the post contains affiliate link) Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.).
