Can you share your website URL? Do you know what version of Squarespace you have? All 7.1 and many 7.0 have this option available without any code.

You're on one of the old 7.0 templates, so I've written some style code for you.

Try adding this to Custom CSS: 

a.Header-nav-item:last-child {
  border: 2px solid #828282;
  padding: 13px 26px;
  color:#828282;
}

If you want any additional hover effects, that can be added.
