Title Background Color not Working Properly on All Browsers

Hi! I'm working on a Squarespace 7.0 site where almost all the pages open with an image overlay block. On all my own devices and browsers, it looks great, but for some reason, on some devices/browsers that the business owner is using, if the title is more than one line, there's a little "chip" in the second line's background color, instead of the whole thing being left-justified. (See image.)

I've been using current versions of Safari and Chrome, looking at the site on a MacBook and/or iPhone, and I'm not having the issue. The business owner says she is using Chrome. The screenshot is from her. Any advice on CSS (or something else) that might fix this?

Hello again! All right, after installing this code, I now see the glitch on my end on Chrome, which I did not before. The business in question is also still seeing the notch.

Still looking for help with a solution.
