Contact form block layout problem

Hi, I've added a pre-made contact page (containing a form block) to my WIP new Squarespace website.

But for some reasons there is a big within the block, please see screenshots attached.
Is this a known bug? Is there anything I can do with custom code to bring it back to normal?

Seems like a larger Squarespace bug.

Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site.

Can't even remember why I added the white-space rule to the whole website... will have to look for bugs now.
