Group multiple elements within a single DIV

Hi,

our site is based on Squarespace 7.0 with an Brine template.

we have a page that is quite heavy in terms of summary content referring to multiple shops.

ajax load is already disabled but due to the page load time when the page jump to the anchor the content is not yet loaded and it's bounced bak to page top

I would like to levaerage on css target property to hide or show different areas of the page on user selection.

any input or suggestion on different approach are appreciated
