I intended to use it for handling membership subscriptions on my Squarespace website. Despite being widely used in Australia, On Squarespaces commerce page, Squarespace claims that its service is not available in the country. This is for a non for profit organization. Can I use it? I can see why this is confusing. Unfortunately, you cannot use Square for online payments on Squarespace Commerce - in any country. Although Square is a popular payment provider in many countries, it is not supported by Squarespace Commerce, except for point of sale transactions, and only in the US.
