Reduce the padding in the menu - pc sites

Hi, I'm having trouble with - I think - the padding on my menu. There is huge space above and below and I've tried a few other ccs posts that have fixes but none have worked so far. I would like to tighten it up a bit so there isn't such a big space above and below the logo since that is the largest thing on the menu. Any help or guidance you can provide is appreciated! site address is https://www.leannegawley.ca/

You can adjust the vertical padding in the header menu:

Thanks @Ziggy I did reduce the padding before posting… what else might be an option to try? 

The padding does now look smaller, you can reduce it further by typing into the vertical padding field and changing it from 1vw to 1px.

For the mobile you can try this Custom CSS:

.header .header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    padding: 2vw 4vw;
}
