How to limit the blocks in a fixed size and make them scrollable?

Hello, recently we are building the group website. 

And in our homepage there is a news part. 

As the group growing, the news part becomes more and more narrow.

I wonder if there is some solution that we can only show 3 latest news at first glance, and then when scrolling this part we can see previous news.

This is kind of similar to the twitter embedded timeline function.

Have you considered using a blog page for the news instead of manually building the items?

I can't guarantee that we can come up with the effect you want but it would make it easier to attempt to get there than a free from fluid engine section.

You can experiment on a not linked blog page. Put at least four posts in the blog. Point us to the URL for the page, then we can tinker.
