Scheduling Confirmation

Friends, I received this message from a customer and I don't know how to help:


"I really need an appointment confirmation to arrive for the clients. Everyone calls me, or sends a message to confirm that the appointment was made. I couldn't see where I do that."

Do you know if it is possible to configure a message that confirms the scheduling of a session in Acuity?
