  1. No... Customers when scheduling a session, still have doubts about whether it was confirmed (they don't check their e-mail boxes) and end up contacting them via message to confirm the time. I need that as soon as the client confirms the session, he receives an SMS on his phone confirming that the session is reserved.
  2. Friends, I received this message from a customer and I don't know how to help: "I really need an appointment confirmation to arrive for the clients. Everyone calls me, or sends a message to confirm that the appointment was made. I couldn't see where I do that." Do you know if it is possible to configure a message that confirms the scheduling of a session in Acuity? Thanks!
