It's only possible for now via email. My suggestion is to create a fixed space here in the forum where people can post requests and wishes they want to see and are able upvote other people's ideas. With that you could get some valuable feedback too what your users want most. One developing company that is doing that already quite well is elfsight. They have a forum. You can check it out.
