Product Image cropping

All my product images in 'shop' are cropped.

I have tried multiple codes, can someone help?

Do you mean a link like this? This is an example of one product however it is happening to all products.

I have another code in there which i saw you advised to help someone else (this resolved cropping issues on homepage) but this additional code, has't resolved cropping on product page.
