elvedee
Hi All, My client is currently sending 2 invoices when selling through Squarespace- the invoice Squarespace automatically sends, and then another one using their accounting software. The reason for this is the second one includes their logo, abn, and business name- all necessary items on an invoice. It would be great if they could stop double handling- so my question is, how do I edit the Squarespace Invoice that is attached to their Shop. After googling... it seems I can't???? Hoping there is a solution. Thanks! Veronica Link to comment

It would be great if they could stop double handling The Order Confirmation email (one of the Customer Email Notifications) is usually the invoice and can include all the necessary information. In the Global Email Styles you can edit the footer to include the required information, including branding (an image, logo, or text), business information and tax registration ID. You'll find the settings in Commerce > Customer notifications > Global email styles. You can also edit the text in the Order Confirmation email. You can edit an email type within Commerce > Customer notifications > Emails. You'll need to select an email category and then click an email type. Did this help?
