How do i change the social link button colour at the bottom of the burger menu via CSS?

I am trying to change the social button at the bottom of the burger menu to the colour #286DB1 via CSS

any help is greatly appreciated.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

    background: #286DB1 !important;
}
