MS forms iframe. Full height and width of the section (not the entire page)

Hi all,

I have embedded an iframe into a page on my site.

I want to expand the iframe so that it shows the entire form in the section where the code is embedded (i.e - no white space, no scroll bar, still show the content wrappers above and below on the page)

Can someone assist? 

I have followed a previous thread which enabled me to maximise the frame to the page - but that swallowed up the header and footer as well.

Yeah that's the one. It's a private form for internal use.
