Top line of hyperlinks in footer not working on mobile

Hi , I am having a problem with the hyper links in my footer. The first four items on the top line are not clickable. I tried removing all css and code injection to see if it was being affected by another code, but the problem still persists when I remove everything. The links still work fine on desktop and tablet, it is only on mobile that it doesnt work.
