PrintzVetServices
I am trying to add the following code to have my vet widget on my website and nothing I do works. I have gone into the advanced area and added this code to the footer of the code injection area and it is not working. <script> (function (v, e, t, s) { e.televet = e.televet || { id: v }; var o = t.createElement('script'); o.async = true; o.src = 'https://connect.televet.com/shim.js'; var r = t.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; r.parentNode.insertBefore(o, r); })('ckgzwmmxp05sj0711dbfpnlcg', window, document); </script> Link to comment
Ziggy
Were you directed by the source of this widget where to place it on your website? i.e. the footer or the header or on the page? Have you tried adding it to the page in a code block? What is it supposed to do/look like? Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers! PrintzVetServices
It can be seen on old website here - https://printzvet.com/ In the old website it was located in the footer. I have tried the header and footer in squarespace and also the home page code block. So far nothing has worked. Link to comment
Ziggy
You're adding this to the Footer Code Injection area of the back-end? Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers! The 'widget' has been added to your Squarespace website, but is not functional. It does not look as though you have added the new Squarespace domain (vibraphone-round-t23s.squarespace.com) to the list of Whitelist URLs in Televet. You'll need to do this before you will be able to test it using this built-in domain. This setting ensures that your clinic's widget can only appear on a website that you own. I hope this helps.
