Blocks automatically moving whenever moving another block?

I'm having a very frustrating problem, whenever I'm trying to edit one of my sections. When I move one block, the block next to it moves as well. What is going on? Can someone help me solve this?

Same issue. Super frustrating as it becomes impossible to create any intended layout. Anyone find a solution?
