One thing I can't seem to find is how to upload my online help files into a sample section. I used to be able to this on Bluehost with FTP but I can't seem to find any FTP instructions. Unlike other hosting services, Squarespace is a website builder and is therefore serverless. This means that you cannot see or access the underlying infrastructure that hosts your website, and cannot upload content using FTP. Did this help?
