Store and password needed

Recommended Posts

Dear all

Firstly, a very happy new year!

I have a question I wonder If anyone can help with. I have added a store to my site, adding the inventory pricing and design etc.

But it says people will need a password to access this and it won't show in the navigation. I thought a way around this was to then add 'store' under blog (in the smaller not section) and yes it added!

But it hadn't gone as planned, ie the store can be seen etc. This ism now titled stored 2.

I am okay once I am in the swing of things with designing, but do hit these kind of walls.

Thanks for reading and any help much appreciated

All the best

Matthew

Hi Matthew

I'm not sure whether I understand your question. You have a password protected store page (/store) and a public store page (/store-2).

If you don't want your store to be password-protected, you can remove the password by clicking the 'gear' icon next to the store name. If that's not what you're asking, please provide some more details 🙂
