Image load order

I'm looking for css that would load image first as it does on desktop display.  As it is, when viewed on mobile the image is dropped below the text.  Both elements are in section one on index page.  Hopefully this makes sense.

It would make a bit more sense to me if you could provide a screenshot/recording of the desired loading behavior. That way I'm not giving you bad code to try 😛

Solution is to create new section and remove spacing between the first and second section.  Works fine.
