Background image effect not showing

Hey SS friends,

I built this site for a client, and for some reason the background image effect/animation doesn't show on his PC when on Chrome. It's fine on both my Mac and PC. 

Any ideas?

Have you asked your client to check their Ease of Access settings?

These settings used to be in individual browsers but, more often than not, you'll find settings in the operating system that dictate whether the browser shows animations.

These settings exist to help users who are adversely affected by animations. When the animations are disabled, your animation will not show within a browser. These settings are typically in Accessibility on MacOS or Ease of Access on Windows.

I'm not sure if that was it. But my client did email saying it was fixed after some settings they changed on their browser!

Glad to hear it was an easy fix, I cannot even count how many times it was a "browser settings" thing that caused some issues. 

So I was breaking my head as to why I couldn't see the backgrounds effect on my mac with any browser.

After reading Paul's comment, I checked my computer settings and under "Accessibility" I had the option " reduced motion " in the ON position.

Now its working fine!
