Emails I send go into people's spam - Google workspace

Hello everyone!

I have my own email address through Squarespace/ Google Workspace and I've been testing my email address and I'm landing in most spam/junk folders. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

I have spent hours online looking, and I don't understand anything to do with SMTP, SPF, DKIM - don't know the difference between them all!

Does anyone have an idiot's guide on what I could do?

I'm in the same boat now and cant find the answer. Even Squarespace's chatbot isn't helping.
