301 errors

I was told to use this for my redirect, but i am receiving errors, and the support team has not responded.
My site has just moved to Squarespace

i have tried

https://www.oceansage.com/product-gemstone-1 ->
https://www.oceansage.com/gemstone-jewelry/p/gemstones-1 301

and even put them on one line

https://www.oceansage.com/product-gemstone-1 ->https://www.oceansage.com/gemstone-jewelry/p/gemstones-1 301

hoping someone can help

When the URLs refer to your site (you are not trying to redirect to another site) then the redirection should look like this example, without the domain name:

/product-gemstone-1 -> /gemstone-jewelry/p/gemstones-1 301
