Where are my pages

I'm trying to make sense of a website I've inherited.

So I'm trying to add some sections to some pages. I looked under pages, but I cant find them. 

There are links to pages in the primary navigation but I cannot find those pages anywhere. They are not in the "Not Linked" section or under any other navigation. 

Help?

Would you be able to provide some context? Can you give an example of a page you can't find (URL) and a few screenshots of the pages menu?

Sorry for the late reply. There are other pages, but for example, this page: Herbal Medicine https://www.reclaimwellnessnow.com/herbal-medicine

It is in the main navigation as a link. But its not in any other navs nor is it in the Not Linked section. So where is the original page that its linked to? Trying to understand. Maybe I'm missing something.

They were hidden within the other pages under different titles.
