Amending checkout

Hi there, 

I hope someone can advise me on amending my checkout options. Our business doesn't operate on Sundays and closes at 5pm Monday-Saturday, when closed their is nobody to manage our orders. I am aware from reading other peoples posts on the forum that we can't close our delivery options for Sundays and after 5pm Monday-Saturday. However, is it possible when customers are ordering and requesting delivery that a reminder of the days we are unable to deliver can appear? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am pretty clueless when it comes to this sort of stuff!

You can add a Custom Checkout Form to the checkout page. Using a form you can display a mandatory checkbox that asks users to confirm they understand the delivery lead times before allowing them to place the order. Unfortunately the form appears after they have selected a delivery option, but it may prompt them to return to the section above and make changes. Other than custom forms, it is not possible to customise the checkout page.

You can use an Announcement Bar to draw attention to your operating times and delivery options.
