RewardStyle/LikeToKnowIt widgets not working

Hi there, 

I have been trying to add the RewardStyle/LikeToKnowIt widget to my Squarespace page. When I add the code the widget comes up but when I click on the image on the widget the formatting is off. The buttons are overlapping onto the image and there is no exit button of the image. I have attached an screen shot of the problem below so you can get a better understanding of the issue.  

Would really appreciate the help on how to fix this problem.

Can you share link to page where you added widget? We can check easier

Having this exact same problem!  The widget is laying underneath my site header.

I actually removed the widget bc it was not working...now it is just a picture linked to her like to know it page.

Do you see anything in it that would be inteferring with my header?

Can you add it again? If the site is live & you can't add it, you can duplicate the page & add there
