RewardStyle/LikeToKnowIt widgets not working

Hi there, I have been trying to add the RewardStyle/LikeToKnowIt widget to my Squarespace page. When I add the code the widget comes up but when I click on the image on the widget the formatting is off. The buttons are overlapping onto the image and there is no exit button of the image. I have attached an screen shot of the problem below so you can get a better understanding of the issue. Would really appreciate the help on how to fix this problem. Thank you, Jen
