How to add navigation inside member area

I am using a member area to create a course for the first time.

I have created 5 pages and they are in the member "folder" in order. When I view it though, it has no navigation to let students click between pages. No next, back or full menu.

How do I create a menu inside the course (member area)?

Sorry for the beginner question. 

I have a pretty complex members areas with multiple modules and individual lessons inside the modules. I set the Home landing page up with navigation buttons, and then each module page is a blog with the first page the module dashboard to navigate to specific lessons.

At the bottom of each lesson I add the following navigation buttons: 

Works well enough for my students 🙂
