Is it possible to add a product that is chargeable per kg, rather than a fixed price please?

I want to sell meat that is priced per kg

If you were selling in whole kilos, users could simply use the quantity selector to indicate how many kilograms they want to purchase. With some code you could also show 'Kilograms' instead of 'Qty'.

However, I suspect you want to sell in fractional units which Squarespace does not support. The only workaround is to add variants with descriptions like "500g", "1 Kg", "1.5 Kg" and so on.
