Scheduling for multiple days at a time and not minutes

I am a dog trainer. I am looking for a way for clients to be able to see availability of when they can book a course with with me. My courses range from a 7 day program to a 35 day program.

For example, I'd like Jane Doe to be able to access my calendar and see that the week of October 16th thru October 22nd is full but the week of October 23rd thru the 29th has openings and she could book her puppy for a 1 week course then.

Is this even possible with Squarespace?
