Logo should be sticky/fixed in the center on ALL pages

Hi, I'd like to have my logo to be sticky/fixed in the center of ALL pages. as an overlay element.

I managed it to fix it on one page, but I don't know how to get it pinned on all pages (like a fixed header)

I solved it with this css code
