Align text in one section to left only on desktop?

Try to align the pictured block of text to the left on desktop only. 

I also wanted to ask if anyone knew how to decrease the spacing between the list item and the text and button on mobile only for the second image attached? I'm struggling finding object/element/block names for the css, I feel like I know what I need to do but can't quite get it. 

Firstly you'll want to align the text in that block to the top, if that doesn't shift the text up enough for you, then you may want to adjust the line-height property of the text with CSS as that affects the vertical position of the text as well. You can test this Custom CSS after adjusting the text alignment (this will have no effect without doing that first):
