Simply the total amount of their cart. For instance: Cart total: $0.01 to $9.99 Shipping: $5.00 Cart total: $10.01 to $19.99 Shipping: $7.00 Etc. Is there a simple way to do this? This isn't possible to specify shipping according the order value but you could create artificial weights that are representative of the price in order to achieve this.
