Image Border around Shapes?

Hey all!

I'm trying to create a border around an Image that is shaped using the Image Shapes feature in 7.1, but can't figure it out. I keep getting just the square image border box as shown (need it to lay flush against the shape).  Also need this to work on any shape, not just the one I selected (attached). Any ideas?

Here's the code I'm using:
