tamecra
Site URL: https://tameckaadell.com/contact Hello. For my Contact page, I'd like to have 3 to 4 links that open 3 to 4 contact forms based on my service offerings when the individual link is selected. For example, if my links are: Education, Weddings, Portraits, when a visitor clicks one of the categories the contact form for that category displays on the screen. I was trying to do this using my CRM, but they suggested I reach out to my web platform. I thought I could try setting up a Summary Block, but I couldn't figure it out. Link to comment

Dovely2023
Hi @tuanphan I modified the two forms further down the landing page. One is a popup when you click "schedule a consultation" and the other is about halfway down the page. I made them 100% width but some of the fields are not extending to 100% but I can't figure out why. Can you take a look? Thank you!
