Update navbar to use single page anchor links instead of the page list

Hello,

I have a site that will be a single page experience but use a traditional navbar setup. Is it possible to have the default navbar use section anchor links for different parts of my homepage instead of updating based off the pages list? Or do I need to hide the current header and build a custom solution?
