Add text block to header

Hello and thanks in advance . . .

My client would like a 6-word tagline positioned beneath his name in the site header (italicized, paragraph 2 or 3). Is there any code or CSS anyone could suggest that would allow me to do this?

Add the following to Design > Custom CSS.

.header-title::after {

  content : 'Strategic, entrepreneurial, and enterprise development';
  display : block;
  font-style : italic;
  margin-top : 1em;
  
  }

This is for v7.1.
