Change margin color

Hi, I have added a left side margin on my TEAM section on this site: https://aardvark-parrot-grbn.squarespace.com/ (password is partner), in order to even out the spacing for the three images in one row. However, the margin this has created is WHITE and I cannot get it changed somehow. Does someone have a code that works? This is what I have added to the CSS to create the margin:
