Gallery Slideshow: Simple - Change Thumbnail Size?

Trying to find out how to change the size of my gallery thumbnails. Ideally to even change it to numbers instead of images?

You mean replace image with number + background?

Thanks for replying! I mean either replace the image with just numbers (adjustable font size) OR reduce the size of the displayed images. Is that possible?
