Harrietmg Posted July 22, 2022 Share Posted July 22, 2022 Hi there,I have a yoga and meditation member's space on square space and one of my customers cancelled her account and has renewed on a different membership plan (payment every 3 months instead of monthly). Her account shows that she is once again a member, however when she tries to log in, it takes her directly to the joining page, instead of into the members area?I have tried to set up a separate 100% code off for her on another separate monthly account, but this isn’t working either, it won't go through to the review and subscribe option after the code has been accepted?Please help! 🙂Many thanks,Warmest wishes,Harriet Link to comment
