Emmylou Posted May 3, 2022 Posted May 3, 2022 When clients go to book online, it only gives them a 9am time, but not an afternoon time to choose. How do I fix this? Also, I'm confused as to why it won't allow clients to schedule appointments, when there is an open time slot. For example 5/9 there was a 1:30 available, but it says there isn't any availability until July. I ended up scheduling a client in that spot through my Ical which integrated. Very confused. How do I fix this on my end? Thank you! Emmy
Downtownpepper Posted May 3, 2022 Posted May 3, 2022 Hi Emmy I have a question for you can you upload an image of your how your times are written in the schedule. I noticed sometimes if its not type with more than one comma it doesn't give multiple options also on your preference the availability has to align with schedule and the time between services.
catebligh Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 Go into "Availability" Find the Group that the appointment is in and click "Edit Availability/Limits" You want to look here. Also, click the tab "Client Scheduling Limits" as there may be restrictions there as well.
