Scheduling issues

When clients go to book online, it only gives them a 9am time, but not an afternoon time to choose. How do I fix this?


Also, I'm confused as to why it won't allow clients to schedule appointments, when there is an open time slot. For example 5/9 there was a 1:30 available, but it says there isn't any availability until July. I ended up scheduling a client in that spot through my Ical which integrated. Very confused. How do I fix this on my end?

Hi Emmy 

I have a question for you can you upload an image of your how your times are written in the schedule. I noticed sometimes if its not type with more than one comma it doesn't give multiple options also on your preference the availability has to align with schedule and the time between services.
