Scheduling issues

When clients go to book online, it only gives them a 9am time, but not an afternoon time to choose. How do I fix this? Also, I'm confused as to why it won't allow clients to schedule appointments, when there is an open time slot. For example 5/9 there was a 1:30 available, but it says there isn't any availability until July. I ended up scheduling a client in that spot through my Ical which integrated. Very confused. How do I fix this on my end? Thank you! Emmy
