Enable the first page in the folder to show up in the navigation drop-down

I have a client who wants to see the first page within the folder when they click the drop-down, but it is currently not showing. I have seen a code that helps me hide the first page, but am blanking on how to create a code that makes the first page in the folder show up in the dropdown. I tried a workaround by duplicating the page, but it shows twice on mobile. I appreciate any help.
