How to I get through to live chat?

Hello, 

Is there some kind of general problem this week with customer support? 

Admittedly I am very much a tech layperson and a newbie, but I have having trouble setting up my Namecheap email to use with my site, so have tried to contact customer support several times over the past week. I have asked for email help by the live chat. When live chat is open, it says it's connecting me to an agent but never does (I have previously waited over an hour, and this morning have currently been waiting for 17 minutes). At any rate, no one is getting back in touch with me and I can't connect or use my email even on my computer. What can I do to get in touch with a real person? I have the all the DNS settings from Namecheap, plus all the SS articles, and know where the DNS settings page is, but they aren't on my level and I'm terrified that I will only make things worse. I just need ten minutes of live hand holding to implement them correctly. Thanks for any clues as to why I can't get through!

1. Use this link from a private/incognito window: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Choose I don't have an account (even though you do!)
3. Answer the mandatory questions in the drop-downs
4. Scroll down to LIVE CHAT: OPEN
5. Type your question in the box that appears (bottom left)
