Displaying Old Business Information and trying to locate/remove script

Hi,

In Instagram's direct messaging service, when I send someone the link to my website, it displays outdated information in the "automatic" description preview (see attachment). It's displaying my businesses old location (Ardmore, PA) instead of my current location, which is Philadelphia, PA. Does anyone know how I can correct this. All of my meta information has the new Philadelphia location and even Google's search results reflect that (see second attachment).

The only think I noticed is when I view the source code of my wesite, I see the following script which does show the Ardmore PA location, but I have no clue where to edit this:

If somone can help, I'd apprecite it. Instagram doesn't offer support.
