Show a non linked page on the top banner without placing it live

Hi

I really need to figure out a way of showing a 'non linked' page title on the header and it not being linkable. The reason for this is to have different pages with different dates showing on the top left.

I cannot think of another way of doing this other than having the date as a navigation title so if anyone knows of another technique I would be very grateful!.

For Desktop - this is the desired layout with the top left date not being linkable and also the ability to change this for different pages

For Mobile I need to show the logo and this page title instead of the burger menu
