Brine 7.0 border on images not showing up completely

Hello, I'm trying to add a border around some of the images on my site. However, when I use this CSS, the border doesn't show up on all sides.

  img { 
    border-radius: 1%;
    border: 3px solid #292929;
  }
}

The border is only showing up on the top and left sides.
